Chinese Censorship

The Chinese censorship in China was formally anounced on February 1st, 1996.  It was put into affect soon after the official announcement.  This censorship regulates what websites people in China can view or open.  It blocks most explicit websites and chat rooms or instant messaging rooms.  There are three regualtions that must be followed under this censorship.  The first regulation was called the Temporary Regulation for the Management of Computer Information Network International Connection.  The other two regulations are just as important.
